Cool foods quickly and safely with our BCF series blast chiller freezer. Designed to prevent surface freezing and preserve the nutritional values of your food items, this unit features exclusive Food Identification Controller technology that automatically adjusts blast chilling cycles thanks to a single multi-sensor probe. One-piece construction with rounded internal corners and a stainless steel interior and exterior ensure lasting durability while also keeping the unit easy-to-clean.
A LCD control board gives full access to 4 pre-set blast-chilling cycles, and variable speed drives on the evaporator fans offer accurate temperature control and increased energy efficiency. The ideal holding temperature for your goods is ensured by thick interior walls and CFC-free polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation.
This unit uses R-404A refrigerant and also boasts a refrigeration cell with rounded corners and a condensation drain in the base. For added convenience, a single self-closing door is fitted with a full-height handle and removable magnetic gasket. A total of four stainless steel feet are height adjustable, allowing for this versatile freezer to be customized for maximum productivity and practicality within any foodservice operation. Other features include a standard product core probe, defrost drip tray, door frame heating element, and a copper / aluminum corrosion-proof evaporator.
